Chinese fried chicken

Ingredients
for Chinese Fried chicken/ 4 people

chicken breasts

100 g bamboo shoots

PREPARATION
Chinese Fried chicken , vegetables and soy

Slice the chicken and place in a bowl. Drizzle 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2
tablespoons of honey. Add five spice and two cloves of garlic, crushed .
Marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator.

Rehydrate shitake mushrooms in boiling water. Warning some aside for decoration
and chop the rest.

Chop the onion , detailing the julienned carrots . Fry onion for 5 minutes in a
wok with a little fat.

Add the julienned carrot and cook for 5 minutes over medium -low heat , adding
a little water from time to time so it does not burn .

Add the chopped and whole mushrooms and chicken with marinade . When taken ,
add bean sprouts and bamboo shoots. Lower the heat , pour a spoonful of honey,
2 tablespoons soy sauce and sesame oil .

Finally

Dissolve
the cornstarch in a glass of water and pour into the pan. Allow a few minutes
on the fire. Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro .

Make
the spread and cover rolls. Add ham and cheese to fit each roll. Bake at 350
degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Ingredients for Spicy-Sweet Treats Recipe

8 oz Pace Picante Sauce
Cubed turkey breast
8 oz Honey
Cooked shrimp
Cubed chicken breast
Smoked sausage slices (1/4 )

Spicy-Sweet Treats Preparation

Simmer Pace and honey in a saucepan until thickened. Add bite-size cubes of chicken or turkey breast (plain or smoked), cooked shrimp or smoked sausage slices. Heat through and serve in a chafing dish or a shallow dish with wooden picks.
