Ingredients: 1 Whole Egg . 1/4 Cup Flour . 1/2 lb Kefalotiri . 1 Whole Lemons Squeezed . Directions: Beat the egg in a bowl and put the flour on a plate. Dip the piece of cheese in the egg, then roll in the flour. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the cheese until the flour coating is golden. Squeeze a lemon on the cheese before removing from the pan and serve immediately (excellent hot).

Review: This is sooo good. Iâve only had this as an appetizer in my favorite restaurant. Easy to make at home: a little olive oil in a small cast iron pan. Wet the cheese with water and coat well with flour. Place in hot oil carefully, until half way melted, turn over and cook until bottom is golden. Remove from heat, add 2 tablespoons (or more) on top of cheese and light with a match. Squeeze fresh lemon over top to put out flame. Eat spread on pita or naan. You will love it

Title: Remember to pick up from post office….
Review: I forgot to pick up and received it moldy. This is a very nice soft cheese. I bought it cause I fell in love with Kayseri, through another more expensive brand I bought in the market. This thing melts so well over my glutino gluten free spinach feta pizza, I could plotz (, that means die in upper Volta.)
