Title: A useful guide for any parent
Review: I took the kids to a two week vacation in France, and spent one week in Paris. Iâm not big on planning too far ahead, so I started reading it on the plane, and then a bit each day. Actually,each night Iâd read a few sections and thatâs how I decided what weâd do the following day. Turned out to be a wonderful trip, and my kids couldnât stop talking about it for months afterward. They made me promise to go back, so maybe next time Iâll finish reading it⦠🙂

Title: This book was a total waste of time and money for me
Review: This book was a total waste of time and money for me. It starts out by describing why you should take a child to Paris. Well, I had already booked the trip so of course I didn’t need to be talked into it. It went on to give advice on how to have an American experience in Paris. I didn’t use it at all. Suggestions were going to McDonald’s, Eurodisney, etc. I am a planner and I took my eight year old daughter to experience a beautiful city unlike any we have here. You may as well go to Disneyland and hit Epcot for the experience described in this book. Many children live in Paris and enjoy sailing the boats and the playground in the Jardin de Luxembourg, the Autobus and Metro rides, a cooking class, biking through Versailles, trying new foods (including crepes with Nutella), even the ballet, as my daughter did. Just use Google.
