Beef sirloin braised turnip

It

sirloin beef

g turnip Seasoning

Beef sirloin braised turnip Steps:

 

1.
Cut beef sirloin into small pieces.

Blanch the beef sirloin and then put aside.

Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, then add the beef and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the Sichuan
pepper, star anise, cloves, cumin, ginger, dry chilli, Shaoxing wine and sugar.
Although sauté until a good smell.

Next, pour water by covering beef. Simmer on low heat for 90 minutes.

Wash and peel turnips, then cut into small pieces of beef same size. Wash the

spread half over crust. Spread with half the ice cream. Drop remaining peanut
butter mixture over ice cream. Sprinkle with half the nuts. Top with remaining
ice cream and nuts. Freeze until firm, 3-4 hours. Let stand 5-10 minutes before
serving.

microwave-proof pan) on low power for about 1 minute, or in a 250 degree (F)
oven for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
