Chicken shrimp soup

Ingredients for chicken shrimp soup/ 4 people

medium potato

carrot

celery leaves

spring onion (with green stems)

cube of chicken stock

small pieces of broccoli

PREPARATION chicken shrimp soup

1In
a pot of water (about 2 l), place
the carrot, potato, the new onion, celery. All cleaned and cut into very small
dice. Add the cube, salt and pepper. Bake 10 minutes from boiling.

2After
those 10 minutes, add the broccoli, ham diced chicken and shrimp sections.
Continue cooking for 10 minutes at least.

Add a touch of sambal and 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

Taste and adjust seasoning for cooking vegetables.

Finally

When
ready to serve, reheat and add Chinese pasta (see instructions in the
manufacturer). They usually cook 4 minutes.

Broiled Camembert with Apples

Ingredients

4-1/2 oz Camembert round
1 Egg
1 tb Water; cold
3 tb Wheat germ
2 Apples; cored, cut into 12
– slices each

Cut cheese
into 12 wedges. Mix egg and water with fork until smooth. Dip each cheese wedge
into egg mix; sprinkle with wheat germ. Dip again into egg mix and sprinkle
with wheat germ. Place wedges on heatproof serving plate. Set oven to broil.
Broil wedges with tops about 5 from heat until warm, 3-5 minutes. Serve
immediately with apple wedges.

I just saw a
segment on this today. You clean the seeds out of the pumpkin, dry them with a
paper towel (pat dry, no need to rinse with water). Prepare a glass baking dish
by spraying lightly with PAM.
Place the seeds in the glass dish and sprinkle
with salt or any other seasoning you might prefer. Place the dish in the
microwave and cook for 6 minutes, stirring the seeds after every minute. It
sounded very easy and I haven”t had a chance to try it so let me know how it
works. Also, this is my first posting/reply so my apologies for any mistakes I
