Components Chinese vinegar pork

pork stomach

tofu Seasoning

Steps Chinese vinegar pork:

1.
Wash the pork stomach and reduce into items. Then put them in a container. Add 6
tbsp vinegar, 1 and ½ tbsp of sunshine soy sauce, 1 pinch of salt, 5 sweet sugar,
spring onions, 5 small dry peppers, 3 tbsp Shaoxing wine , 1 and ½ tbsp oyster
sauce, 1 c.à.c glutamate. Marinate for half-hour.

Reduce the tofu into items and place within the backside of a pot.

Then, place the pork on the tofu.

Shut the lid and place the jar within the microwave oven. Roast for 10 minutes.

Convey water to a boil in a lined pot. Prepare dinner
