CONDITIONS AND TERMS

The primary objective of Inspired Home is to deliver the highest degree of customer satisfaction. We believe in human touch, smooth day-to-day activities, productive and systemized so that we can return with beautiful furniture to do what we love, inspire the world! No secret terms or sneaky fees exist; we just want to make it as convenient as possible to shop with us.

CLAIMS, returns and trades

No one in the industry works harder to guarantee your order ships and arrives in good condition-you’ll see it beating the industry norm in packaging materials.

In 275 PSI cartons, including our sofas, all our goods are shipped and we only work with licensed carriers who handle our furniture to our exacting demands. Even, stuff can happen, and here’s what we’re proposing.

The faulty products in the original packaging material must be returned. We would gladly repair faulty products, but, sorry, Inspired Home does not allow returns of remorse from the customer.

For 30 days, our policy lasts. Unfortunately, we can’t give you a refund or swap if 30 days have elapsed after your order.

Certain conditions occur in which only partial refunds are issued (if applicable)

Any object not in its original state is damaged or missing components for reasons not attributable to our mistake.

Any item that is returned after delivery for more than 30 days

We will send you an email as soon as your return is received and inspected to inform you that we have received your returned object. We will also inform you of your refund being accepted or denied.

If you are accepted, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited to you within a certain number of days.
