Title: Nice for a gift, even part of a wedding gift, perhaps with money or another gift, or to keep for yourself !
Review: Gave this as part of a wedding gift as it was on the registry. Of course I had to check it out and love it. Bride loves it too. This was an item on the list that was at the store (aw, sorry forget the name but this was easier to order from Amazon). I know this isn’t explaining too well but it’s a cool book to have and to keep on counter so your guests can check it out while you’re cooking or wherever. Like a coffee table book for bar/kitchen area or even your coffee table :). Gives your guest something to look at and talk about. I may have to get one for myself.

Title: C+…read my story ââ YOU decide whether it’s your cup of tea or not.
Review: You know, I thought this book would be a lot better than it is. I see there are 4-stars, and from the reviews I read, I got a completely different vibe of what the book would be like. Once it arrived, I saw it was not as great as I had imagined. I honestly was looking for a book that was more intimate, and maybe I just had different expectations than most people. This book is filled with places to go, but is presented in a strange way. Of course, I’ve read the whole thing and have found many places in France I’d like to visit. But I expected a better description of what the places were like (the vibe, persona of the place, etc). I didn’t get that AT ALL. These is simply a book of places in France that are more hidden. There are no real explanations of what types of things are on the menus of the restaurants. It’s like the author says: “Here, take this book of hidden, French locations I Googled, and further Google what these places are like.” Not much info, I promise you. I would say “do not waste the money,” but some people are looking for a simple book of locations in France. I think I expected way too much.

Title: Great book for study abroad!
Review: I am studying abroad in Paris this summer and I was looking for a book to give me ideas of fun things to do in my free time. This book is PERFECT and I cannot wait to see all of the amazing places the author talks about! It was also just published in 2015 so everything is incredibly relevant. Thank you for creating this book!

Title: Recommended!
Review: This is a fabulous book! It covers the style but also the shops and areas to visit. My wife and I both read it cover to cover as soon as it arrived – it is addictive. I recommend this to all visitors to Paris, and also to those that just like style.

Title: Good for decorators but not for others
Review: Not what I expected. Not much useful info unless you are a decorator. I was looking for shops that sell clothes, shoes, accessories – not furniture and wallpaper. Very disappointed

Title: Iâm target market and meh.
Review: I love books like this one but this one missed the mark. The pages are rough and the book is small. I want large glossy pages. Not informative or pretty enough. Sending it back.
