Ingredients
400 g broccoli
100 g black mushrooms
100 g tremella
Seasoning
20 g spring onions

Steps:
1.
Soak the black mushrooms and tremella in water for 10 minutes. Wash, filter and
turn them off.

Cut the broccoli into pieces and wash them. Boil water in a pan, add 3 drops of
sunflower oil and 1 tbsp salt. Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes. Remove and
place them next.

Chop respectively scallion and garlic cloves. Heat the sunflower oil in the pan
once the oil is almost cooked, add the spring onions and chopped garlic. Fried
for a minute.

Add the black fungi, jelly fungi and broccoli. Fry for 1 minute. In a bowl: add
1 tbsp potato starch + 50 ml of water to
obtain the liquid starch.

Add 1 tbsp then oyster sauce, 4 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, salt, fried
everything evenly. Finally, add the liquid starch to step 4 to link this dish.
